Making a product assembly clear through detailed visualisation.
THE PROJECT
My university placement at AirPress Developments brought product design into a working industrial context. This benchtop press render is part of that professional experience, using CAD and visualisation to communicate the product and its assembly.
01 / THE PROCESS
Show how the product fits together
The open view brings the frame, membrane, bed, hinges and supporting struts into one image. Presenting the press in this position makes its arrangement easier to read and gives the viewer a sense of how the parts relate.
My placement work included product engineering, renders, animations and assembly information. This study shows the visual communication side of that work.

A detailed product visualisation that brings the overall form and assembly into a clear view.
